Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save the user time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that the user has returned to a specific page. For example, if a user has enrolled in the Website, a cookie helps Rotech to recall user's specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording the user's account and billing information. When the user returns to the Website, the information previously provided can be retrieved, so the user can easily use the features that the user customized. Users have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but the user can usually modify his/her browser setting to decline cookies if preferred. If the user chooses to decline cookies, the user may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Website.
